Our Team Took the Leap for Change!
On June 25, six brave Granite United Way participants rappelled down one of New Hampshire’s tallest buildings—the Brady Sullivan Tower in Manchester—for Over the Edge, a thrilling fundraiser hosted by the United Way of Greater Nashua. But this wasn’t just about the adrenaline—it was about impact.
Each of our Edgers chose to support causes close to their hearts:
Seneca Eldredge went Over the Edge to raise funds for Gear Up for School, providing fully stocked backpacks to more than 3,000 students in need—including children in foster care, military families, and underserved communities like Raymond. With a goal of raising $3,000, Seneca’s descent helped launch students into the school year prepared and confident.
Kaylyn Moore represented The Suitcase Project, a nonprofit she serves as a board member, supporting children in foster care and transitional housing with luggage that preserves their dignity and sense of self-worth.
James Dzindolet took the plunge for Manchester True Collaborative, uplifting LGBTQ+ youth and communities through education, advocacy, and inclusive events.
Evenor Pineda rappelled in support of the Manchester Police Athletic League (MPAL)—an organization providing critical intervention programming and mentorship for Queen City youth facing adversity.
Kerry Folkins, Community Engagement Director of the Greater Seacoast Region at Granite United Way and David Cloutier each represented Granite United Way’s broader mission—bringing together donors, volunteers, and community partners to create lasting impact across New Hampshire and Windsor County, Vermont. Their jumps symbolized the energy, heart, and community spirit driving everything we do.
From school readiness to inclusion, mentorship, and community resilience—our team members went Over the Edge for causes that matter. We’re proud of every step they took on the side of that building and every dollar raised to support change.
Thank you to our Edgers, our supporters, and to United Way of Greater Nashua for making this event possible each year.
