Funding Opportunities
Granite United Way Opens Community Response Grant Opportunity - December 15, 2025
Granite United Way offers nonprofits an opportunity to access responsive funding multiple times a year with grants ranging from $1,000 - $10,000 each cycle.
Access the application through this LINK.
A comprehensive guide to the process can be accessed here.
Certified 501(c)3 organizations, or organizations with a fiscal sponsor, can apply for funding in the regions Granite United Way serves. Since introducing this responsive funding model in the fall of 2024, Granite United Way has distributed over $1 million to meet immediate needs across its seven regions.
New this cycle, agencies will register for access to the funding portal, and when they login, see all the opportunities available through Granite United Way. This includes additional opportunities Granite United Way administers, including the Opioid Abatement Community Grants Program.
The timeline for the process:
December 15, 2025: Request for Proposals (RFP) for the funding cycle opens with a link to register for access to the portal on graniteuw.org. If an agency is already registered, they will receive their personalized login link via email this day.
January 9, 2026: Request for Proposals closes.
February 2026: Notification of awards will be made.
Those seeking additional information are encouraged to email rfp@graniteuw.org.
