Amoskeag Health, a nonprofit federally qualified health center, is dedicated to addressing the healthcare challenges faced by individuals who lack sufficient income and resources, and who are underinsured or uninsured. Their primary focus is to enhance the health and well-being of both patients and communities by providing exceptional, accessible, and comprehensive primary healthcare and support services.
With five different locations throughout Manchester, NH, Amoskeag Health serves over 15,000 patients. Their goal is to not only improve the physical health of their patients but also empower them to lead more fulfilling lives, fostering productivity, success, and happiness within the community.
Since 1997, Amoskeag Health and Granite United Way have partnered to make our community stronger. This partnership allows Amoskeag Health to contribute back to the community while benefiting from the support of Granite United Way fundraising.

One of the most important ways that Amoskeag Health and Granite United Way collaborate is through the Youth Enrichment Partnership. This initiative brings together various youth-serving organizations to strengthen their programs and eliminate service duplication. Through this partnership, Amoskeag Health has been able to provide mental and behavioral health counselors to organizations such as the Boys & Girls Club and Girls Inc.
Granite United Way convenes a wide range of individuals, businesses, and organizations to identify and address pressing community issues. Your support of Granite United Way directly strengthens the work of our community partners, including Amoskeag Health, and contributes to building stronger, more resilient communities.
