Granite United Way is excited to offer the position of Working Bridges Project Coordinator in the Upper Valley. Working Bridges is collaboration between Upper Valley employers and Granite United Way (GUW) to assist workers in resolving non-work issues that directly or indirectly impact the individuals ability to maintain good attendance and/or be fully productive and safe at work. Among the Project Coordinator?s responsibilities: Travel weekly to up to eight different companies in the region, to provide employees with one-on-one guidance and assistance ? Keep current with community and regional resources Carefully document his or her activities, collect and assist with the evaluation of data Requirements include: ? Bachelors degree with Masters in related field preferred (example.: social work, psychology, consumer advocacy, human services) or comparable experience ? Working knowledge of local public assistance programs and other resources Capacity to be innovative in seeking solutions; a problem solver ? Positive, non-judgmental attitude and passionate desire to help others find their own solutions GUW is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
